Zilla Lab - Max Flow - Stuck Mash Reducer 30ml

Max Flow is an agent that reduces viscosity in your mash. 

This helps avoid a stuck mash, especially when brewing those big, juicy NEIPAs full of adjuncts like oats and wheat.

It suits all beer styles as the optimal working temperature range is 65-80°C.

It is a high-performing blend of cellulase and a GH-10 family arabinoxylanase. The result is minimum viscosity and the best wort separation and beer filtration.

Simply add it to your mash and have faster filtration, an easy sparge and a better brew day.

Usage Directions:
Add 0.1ml per kg of grist during mash-in (1ml per 10kg of grist).
