VINKA - Whiskey Sour Cocktail Mixer - 50ml.

This VINKA Whiskey Sour is perfectly balanced, and with our cocktail mixer, no need to worry about spending up on the whiskey, let alone squeezing lemons and separating egg whites.

How to make a non-alcoholic Whiskey Sour.

1. Combine the following ingredients in a cocktail shaker:

• 50ml sachet of Whiskey Sour Cocktail Mixer.
• 240ml water.
• 19 grams of sugar.

2. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.

3. Add 200 grams of ice and shake vigorously for 30 sec.

4. Pour through strainer into rocks glasses / low ball glasses.

5. Garnish with orange wedge/rind or a maraschino cherry.

How to make an alcoholic Whiskey Sour.

1. Combine the following ingredients in a cocktail shaker:

• 50ml sachet of Whiskey Sour Cocktail Mixer.
• 140ml of 40% neutral spirit (vodka).
• 100ml water.
• 19 grams of sugar.

2. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.

3. Add 200 grams of ice and shake vigorously for 30 sec.

4. Pour through strainer into rocks glasses / low ball glasses.

5. Garnish with orange wedge/rind or a maraschino cherry.

Makes: 3 x 100ml servings

ABV: Approx. 18.3% ABV when mixed with 140ml of 40% neutral spirit.

NOTE: The above figures do not take into account ice melt after shaking.
