VINKA - Espresso Martini Cocktail Mixer - 50ml.
This VINKA version is made from a specialty blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans for the flavour and aroma you know and love.
How to make a non-alcoholic Espresso Martini.
1. Combine the following ingredients in a cocktail shaker:
- 50ml sachet of Espresso Martini Cocktail Mixer.
- 230ml water.
- 38 grams of sugar.
2. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.
3. Add 200 grams of ice and shake vigorously for 30 sec.
4. Pour through a strainer into a champagne coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
How to make an alcoholic Espresso Martini.
1. Combine the following ingredients in a cocktail shaker:
- 50ml sachet of Espresso Martini Cocktail Mixer.
- 140ml of 40% neutral spirit (vodka).
- 90ml water.
- 38 grams of sugar.
2. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.
3. Add 200 grams of ice and shake vigorously for 30 sec.
4. Pour through a strainer into champagne coupe glasses.
5. Garnish by gently placing exactly three coffee beans onto the crema.
Makes: 3 x 100ml servings.
ABV: Approx. 18.3% ABV when mixed with 140ml of 40% neutral spirit.
NOTE: The above figures do not take into account ice melt after shaking.
