VINKA - Amaretto Sour Cocktail Mixer - 50ml.

A proper Aperitivo spritz tastes like summertime in Italy and looks like a golden orange sunset over an Italian Riviera.

This bright orange aperitif is often described as a zesty orange with complex herbal scent and harmonized with a touch of vanilla. 

Typically this drink is made with a combination of Prosecco and Aperol but this particular formulation is substantially simplified.

Save yourself the trip to Italy and make this cocktail.

How to make a low alcohol Aperitivo Spritz jug:

1. Shake your 50ml Aperitivo Spritz Sachet.

2. Combine the following ingredients in a jug:

• 50ml sachet of Aperitivo Spritz Mixer.
• 430ml soda water.
• 38 grams of sugar.

3. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.

4. Add one scoop of ice (200 grams) into jug and stir for 15 sec.

5. Pour into four highball glasses or wine glasses.

6. Garnish with orange wheels.

ABV: Approx. 3.1% ABV when mixed with soda water.

How to make an alcoholic Aperitivo Spritz jug:

1. Shake your 50ml Aperitivo Spritz Sachet.

2. Combine the following ingredients in a jug:

• 50ml sachet of Aperitivo Spritz Mixer.
• 140ml of 40% neutral spirit (vodka).
• 290ml soda water.
• 38 grams of sugar.

3. Stir ingredients until all sugar is dissolved.

4. Add one scoop of ice (200 grams) into jug and stir for 15 sec.

5. Pour into four highball glasses or wine glasses.

6. Garnish with orange wheels.

Makes: 4 x 125ml servings.

ABV: Approx. 11.0% ABV when mixed with 140ml of 40% neutral spirit.
