Profile Range Mellow Oak Flavouring

  • Oak extract flavouring used to oak age spirits and wines.

    • Mixing Instructions

  • Shake the 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz) bottle well before use.
  • Ideal for Brandy, Whiskey, Dark Rum and Bourbon. Add 1-5 ml (0.03-0.17 US fl oz) per 1 L (34 US fl oz) of spirit to taste.
  • Store spirit for 7-10 days to allow oak character to fully develop.
