PD YEAST - PURE DISTILLING

Pure Distilling Yeast

• 1. Clean and sterilize all equipment using Pure Distilling Easy Clean.
• 2. Prepare 21 L of water at 30° Celsius.
• 3. Add 8 kg of sugar or 9 kg of Dextrose.
• 4. Stir until dissolved.
• 5. Add Pure Distilling Spirit Enhancer.
• 6. Add Pure Distilling Premium Spirit Yeast and stir again.
• 7. Replace lid and leave for 10 days.
• 8. Measure with a hydrometer.
• 9. If higher than 990, then stir and check again in 2 days. Once at 990 or below, use Pure Distilling Crystal Clear and then distill.
• It can make between 9 and 10 Litres of high quality Spirit.

For a faster result or if the room temperature is higher than 30° Celsius, use 6 kg sugar or 7 kg dextrose and leave for 3 days.
