Pure Distilling Top Ups - Maria's Coffee.

  • Top Up contains 375ml of Maria's Coffee Liqueur.

  • Simply top them up with 750ml of neutral spirit, no mixing, no mess.. easy!

  • Makes 1.125 litres.

  • The hardest part is sticking the peel-off Top Up label straight onto your freshly made bottle of liqueur.

Chocolate Espresso Martini

A sweet & rich espresso martini

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
  • 45 ml Pure Distilling Chocolate Honeycomb Top Up
  • 30 ml Espresso
  • Garnish – White chocolate shavings
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Maria’s Coffee Top Up, Chocolate Honeycomb Top Up & espresso
  3. Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with white chocolate shavings

Peanut Butter Espresso Martini

The espresso martini with a peanut butter twist..

Ingredients
  • 30 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
  • 30 ml Pure Distilling Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 30 ml Pure Distilling Pure Vodka
  • 30 ml Espresso
  • Coffee beans and/or chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • Ice
Method
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the Pure Distilling Peanut Whiskey, Pure Vodka, Maria’s Coffee Top Up and Espresso.
  3. Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  1. Garnish with a few coffee beans and chopped peanut

N.B. – Before preparing, mix the Pure Distilling ingredients with neutral spirit as per instructions on product label.

White Russian Zero

A creamy booze free treat

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
  • Cream
  • Garnish – Dark chocolate shavings
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill a low-ball glass with ice
  2. Pour in Maria’s Coffee Top Up
  3. Add cream to fill the glass
  4. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.

Creamy Espresso Martini

A rich & creamy take on the espresso martini – with parmesan cheese!

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
  • 60 ml Pure Distilling Irish Cream Top Up
  • 30 ml Espresso Coffee
  • Garnish – Parmesan Cheese (highly recommend)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Irish Cream Top Up, Maria’s Coffee Top Up & Espresso Coffee
  3. Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
