A rich & creamy take on the espresso martini – with parmesan cheese!
Ingredients
- 45 ml Pure Distilling Maria’s Coffee Top Up
- 60 ml Pure Distilling Irish Cream Top Up
- 30 ml Espresso Coffee
- Garnish – Parmesan Cheese (highly recommend)
- Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add Irish Cream Top Up, Maria’s Coffee Top Up & Espresso Coffee
- Shake for about 30 seconds or until cold and frothy
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
