• Pure Distilling Premium Whisky Yeast with glucoamalyse is a specialty whisky yeast which will highlight malt flavours from all grain mashes.
• Contains Glucoamylase Enzyme.
• This yeast is ideal for use with full grain mashes.
• Use with 6 kg sugar or for best results use 2.5 kg Liquid Malt Extract and 4.5 kg Dextrose.
• Nett weight: 108gm.
• Sufficient to make a 25 litre wash.
