A strawberries and cream cocktail is a sweet, indulgent dessert drink that can be made in several ways, from shaken martinis to blended boozy milkshakes. Most recipes rely on a combination of vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur or syrup, and a creamy element like Baileys Strawberries & Cream, heavy cream, or even vanilla ice cream.

Mix with 775ml 40% vodka to make 1125ml, and add more vodka to thin. Shake well and enjoy the authentic flavour and texture of a refreshing Strawberries and Cream Liqueur.

A sophisticated version usually made by shaking Baileys Strawberries & Cream with vanilla vodka and strawberry syrup.

The Frozen "Boozy Milkshake":

A thicker, dessert-like version where fresh strawberries are blended with vanilla ice cream, vodka, and Baileys.

The Refreshing Gin-Based Version:

A lighter take using London dry gin, strawberry liqueur, white crème de cacao, and a splash of half-and-half.

Tropical "Cream" Style:

Some recipes swap dairy for coconut cream and use white rum for a profile similar to a strawberry piña colada.
