Usage & Dosage Guidelines
Wine Dosage: Use approximately 1–2g per litre (or 20–40g per 10 litres) and soak for 5 to 7 days.
Spirit/Beer Dosage: Use higher rates (10–15g per liter for a light touch, up to 50–100g for intensive spirit finishing).
Contact Time: Ranges from a few days up to 3 months. Taste test every 24 to 48 hours to prevent over-oaking or bitterness.
