• Colour - Deep brown ale.
• Hop / Key Ingredient Low hops.
• Rich malt flavour.
• The Connoisseurs beer kits require 1.5kg of Dark Unhopped Wort or 1 kg of Dark Dry Malt Extract.
• Sugar can also be used for a lighter-bodied beer.
