The M24 Versa Lager yeast ferments cleanly across a flexible temperature range, giving you a refined, low-off-flavour result that really lets the style shine.

1kg Coopers Enhancer #2

ABV: ~5.1%*

Yeast: M24 Versa Lager 10g

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh 10g

Fermentation Sweet Spot: 18-22°C (64-72°F)

OG: 1.043 (±0.002)
