• Michigan will shape a strong IPA, producing stone fruit esters that work great when paired with citrus hops.
• Michigan will give you what you need for an exceptionally balanced IPA.
• These Bluestone yeast packs have about twice as much yeast as a Wyeast pack.

That means you can use one pack of Bluestone without making a starter to brew:

• 50 L batch
• 23 L lager
• 23 L strong beer with more than 1.060 gravity

• Growth Temp Range: 16-21° Celcius
• Flocculation: Medium
• Attenuation: 73-74%
