Paddock to Pint is where it began for Mallokup Malt, using high-quality single-origin, locally sourced WA barley for high-quality, fresh malts to produce quality craft beers, spirits, and bread.

Supporting WA local family farms to produce these high-quality grains, and then malting the grain on-site locally in Capel.

Mallokup can produce some of the highest quality, yet lowest food mile malts.

Local brewers, distillers, and bakers have access to such high-quality malts by keeping our food and beverage industry even more local.
