London Bluestone Yeast

• Originating from a traditional London brewery, this yeast has a wonderful malt and hop profile.
• It is a true top cropping strain with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate.
• This strain will finish slightly sweet.
• These Bluestone yeast packs have about twice as much yeast as a Wyeast pack.

That means you can use one pack of Bluestone without making a starter to brew:

• 50 L batch
• 23 L lager
• 23 L strong beer with more than 1.060 gravity

• Growth Temp Range: 16-23° Celcius
• Flocculation: High
• Attenuation: 63-70%
