Directions for Use;
- Sprinkle yeast evenly on the surface of the wort.
- For ales, pitch at 18-22°C.
- Use 50-100g of yeast per 100L of wort.
- Allow fermentation to proceed for 4-6 days, or until attenuation is complete.
