Introducing a lighter Dry Ginger Ale and smoother on the Rye Whiskey Canadian Ale Keg Kit .
This Keg Kit makes 9.5 litres.
Purchase two packs to fill a 19 litre keg.
This is close to the classic RTD CC & Dry.

This particular recipe style is more like pouring in Canuck Club and Canadian Dry Ginger Ale into a glass over ice.
It is more punchy in flavours than the stock standard CC & Dry RTD cans.
Mix up a 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Canuck Club & Dry Impressence at home with ease using your own vodka / store bought at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less neutral alcohol and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
Please note: These recipes have been formulated around the full quantities listed, adjusting sweetness levels may have a negative affect on flavour profile.
Ready to Keg Kit.
These kits utilise alcohol that you have made or purchased so you don't have to ferment anything yourself.
Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets and FermStop Sachets and white sugar (for sweetness) from your pantry.
Kit Includes:
2 x Rye Whisky & Canadian Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shots.
1 x Fermstop 50ml
Instructions for a 9.5 litre keg.
- Dissolve 350g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your 9.5 litre Keg.
- Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
- Add 2 x Rye Whiskey & Canadian Dry Ginger Ale Sachets
- Top up to 9.5L with water
- Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStop without having topped up the water).
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 [Optimum 20psi at 2°C].
Instructions for a 19 litre keg.
- Dissolve 700g of white sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your 19 litre Keg.
- Add 2.8 Litre of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
- Add 4 x Rye Whiskey & Canadian Dry Ginger Ale Sachets
- Top up to 9.5L with water
- Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStop without having topped up the water).
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 [Optimum 20psi at 2°C].
