Impressence - Red Italian Bitter Aperitif Spirit Flavouring.

Bitter chinotto elements with a citrusy flavour and some spice-forward notes, like clove and cinnamon.

Best served straight over ice or mixed into a Negroni cocktail.

Instructions:

• Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence - Red Italian Bitter Aperitif Spirit Flavouring sachet to a 800mL of 40% ABV alcohol.
• Dissolve 315g of sugar in the flavoured.
• Top up to 1.25L with water.

This will give you a final product of 25% ABV and 25% sugar.

For best results we recommend using neutral, high quality alcohol.
