Impressence Ginger Beer Flavour Shops - 50ml.

Ginger Beer Flavour Shot, is your ticket to making spicy ginger beer to either Keg, Bottle or Can.

Flavour Profile:

Strong ginger spice backed by a balanced tangy sweetness.

How to use: 

KegLand Ready to Keg Kit.

Depending on your Keg Size you'll use a number of Flavour Shot Sachets and FermStop Sachets and white sugar from your pantry. (See Recipes Below)

Add your vodka (distilled alcohol) to the keg if you want to dispense hard cider.

Keggers, Bottlers and Canners that use sugar to prime.

You would simply add these flavour shots to your fermenter / bottling bucket / keg.

It is very difficult to determine how much you would add as it depends on the flavour intensity of what you've brewed/mixed up. Whether that be a beer, seltzer or cider for example.

These Flavour Shots are extremely more potent when paired with a sugar or sugar alternative. Artificial sweeteners in dryer fermented recipes may be a great way to boost the flavour.

Soft Drink Ready to Keg Kit

These kits only utilise white sugar or artificial sweeteners, a number of Flavour Shots and FermStops based on the Keg Size.

Mix up a 19 Litre Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5 Litre Ball Lock Keg of classic ginger beer soft drink or alcoholic ginger beer at home with ease by following the instructions below.

Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will settle and improve over time.

For a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Blunderburg Ginger Beer Soft Drink Recipe (19 Litre keg)

Dissolve 1.43 kg White Sugar in 4 Litres of warm to hot water then add it to your 19 Litre Ball Lock Keg.

Add 4 x Impressence Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.

Top up to 19 Litres with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

Mix Keg Contents Well.

Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Blunderburg Ginger Beer Soft Drink Recipe (9.5 Litre keg)

Dissolve 715g White Sugar in 2L of warm to hot water then add it to your 9.5 Litre Ball Lock Keg.

Add 2 x Impressence Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.

Top up to 9.5 Litres with water and add 1 x FermStop Sachet.(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

Mix Keg Contents Well.

Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

BYO Alcohol Blunderburg Ginger Beer 19 Litre Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.90%)

Required:

4 x Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL

2 x Impressence - FermStop 50mL.

Recipe Instructions:

Add 2.8 Litres of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your 19 Litre Ball Lock Keg.

Add 4 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 50mL

Add 1.43 kg White Sugar.

Top up to 19 Litres with water and then add 2 x FermStop sachets.(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

Mix Keg Contents Well.

BYO Alcohol Blunderburg Ginger Beer 9.5 Litre Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.90%)

Required:

2 x Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL

1 x Impressence - FermStop 50mL.

Recipe Instructions:

Add 1.4 Litres of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your 19 Litre Ball Lock Keg.

Add 2 x Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 50mL

Add 715g White Sugar.

Top up to 19 Litre with water and then add 1 x FermStop sachet.(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

Mix Keg Contents Well.

Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C].
