SESSION PALE ALE - Fresh Wort Kit NBC

• A super drinkable pale ale with low bitterness with a really clean and refreshing flavour.
• Neighbourhood Brewing Co. have used a subtle boil addition of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops to create an easy drinking go to beer.
• Expect hints of mango and pine with tropical aromas. This beer can be lightly dry hopped for a lower aroma and flavour, although we recommend a double dry hop. 
• Brewed in a commercial brewery, all you need to do is add water, yeast and hops (both sold separately) and you'll have commercial quality beer, brewed by you.
• Ingredients: Water, Barley, Wheat, Hops.  
• Volume: 15 Litres 
• IBU: 5EBC: 7.9OG: 1.055
• BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.  
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.  
• Aerate, pitch yeast and Nutrient.
• Dry  hop with 50g Ella hops  and 15 g Nelson Sauvin finishing hops on day 7.  
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
