FRESH WORT NECTARON XPA

All Inn Brewing Fresh Wort - Nectaron XPA (Extra Pale Ale).

• BEER STYLE: Extra Pale Ale Fresh Wort Kit
• An excellent introduction to the tropical fruit storm that is Nectaron hops in a simple, clean & moderately bitter beer.
• Pinapple, passionfruit and stone fruit aromas with juicy citrus.
• CURRENT IBU – 18
• CURRENT SG – 1.060
• Malt – Pilsner, Wheat
• Hops – Nectaron
• Recommended Dry Hop – Nectaron Hops (50g)
• Recommended Yeast – Safale US-05, M44 US West Coast, Bluestone San Diego, Bluestone Michigan.

Instructions:

• Clean and sanitise your fermentation vessel
• Pour the FWK cube into the fermenter
• Add 5 liters of sanitary water at room temperature to bring volume to 20 Litres if desired.
• Pitch yeast as per your yeast packet
• Add dry hop near or at end of fermentation, dry hop approximately 3 days before bottling or kegging.
• Once fermentation is complete crash chill if lucky enough and bottle / keg, carbonate, and condition [conditioning usually takes between 1 week and 5 weeks, depending on style].
