Cluster has specific aroma descriptors that include floral, earthy and sweet fruit. Cluster is an excellent dual-purpose hop and is often used in the reproduction of historical beer styles.
How to Use (General Steeping Method):
Steep: Place the hop sachet in a cup of boiling water (about 1 cup).
Wait: Let it steep for 10 minutes to extract flavours and aromas.
Add: Pour the steeped liquid and the hop bag into your wort (unfermented beer) at the desired stage (late boil, whirlpool, or to the fermenter after peak fermentation).
When to Add:
Late Boil/Whirlpool: For flavour and some aroma.
Fermenter (Dry Hopping): For maximum aroma, after fermentation slows.
