  • Add this Japanese strain of Alpha Amylase into your mash when the temperature reaches 50° Celsius and it will convert with in one minute.
  • Usage: Add to the mash with the grains.
  • Dosage: Use Sachet with up to 10 kg of grain.
  • pH Stability: 4.0 - 9.0 optimum 4.0 - 5.0.
