Corker - Two Lever

• The double lever corker is a good choice for the winemaker on a budget.
• Put the cork in the chamber, rest the corker on the bottle, and push down on both levers works best if you're got a helper to hold the bottle still.
• Folds compact for storage, unlike larger corkers.
• Due to the corks being compressed by forcing it through a tapered nylon chamber the Corks MUST be pre-soaked in a warm sterilizing solution of No Rinse Sanitizer / Sterilizer (or Potassium Metabisulphite) for at least 30 minutes.
• Allow the corks to dry off in a clean towel prior to bottling.
• If you don't have an assistant place the bottle to be corked between your feet and insert the cork into the chamber of the corker then plunge the cork into the bottle in one swift motion.
