Cologne Bluestone Yeast

• Cologne is a clean, crisp, traditional German Kölsch strain. A very low ester profile makes this strain perfect for Kölsch, and other light coloured delicate beers.
• Cologne has better flocculation characteristics than most Kölsch strains which allows brewers to produce clean, bright beers in a shorter amount of time.
• These Bluestone yeast packs have about twice as much yeast as a Wyeast pack.

That means you can use one pack of Bluestone without making a starter to brew:

• 50 L batch
• 23 L lager
• 23 L strong beer with more than 1.060 gravity
• Growth Temp Range: 16-20° Celcius
• Flocculation: Medium
• Attenuation: 73-77%
• 200 billion yeast cells in every pack.
