• This can will contribute a gold colour up to 11 EBC in 23L, 1.021 gravity points and will replace approx. 1.75 kg of ale base grain in your wort.

• Only the finest grains are selected for malting – a time-honoured process.
• The grains are steeped in water and allowed to sprout over 5 days, before drying, allowing the natural sugars to be released.
• Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed to create wort.
• The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
