- This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt.
- NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.
- Brew with 1kg Brewing Sugar for a classic Wheat beer finish.
- For more body and colour use 1.5kg liquid unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.
