ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1.7kg Amber Malt).

Black Rock Classic Brown Ale is crafted using a carefully selected blend of malts, including MaltEurop Pilsner, Gladfield Chocolate, and Gladfield Aurora. This combination results in a rich, malty flavour profile with a deep brown colour. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a moderate bitterness that perfectly balances the malt sweetness, creating a smooth and enjoyable drinking experience.

This Brown Ale is distinguished by its robust malt character and subtle chocolate notes, making it a delightful choice for those who appreciate a well-rounded and flavourful beer. Brew with Black Rock Amber UME, or combine 2 cans of Classic Brown Ale for a more intense malt flavour and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty English ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ S-04.
