Malt: 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt.

Hops, (bittering): NZ Hops Green Bullet™

ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1.7kg Unhopped Light Malt).

Black Rock Classic Lager is brewed with 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt, resulting in a clean, crisp flavour and a light golden colour. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a moderate bitterness that balances the malt sweetness, creating a refreshing and well-rounded lager.

Brew with Unhopped Light Malt, or combine 2 cans of Classic Lager for a more intense hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty lager yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafLager™ W-34/70.
