Antwerp Bluestone Yeast

• This is a traditional Belgian abbey strain is perfect for
• use in dubbels, tripels and Belgian strong ales due to its very high alcohol tolerance of up to 15% ABV.
• Produces cherry, plum and pear esters.
• Medium flocculation results in clear, drinkable beer.

• These Bluestone yeast packs have about twice as much yeast as a Wyeast pack.

That means you can use one pack of Bluestone without making a starter to brew:

• 50 L batch
• 23 L lager
• 23 L strong beer with more than 1.060 gravity

• Growth Temp Range: 18-25° Celcius
• Flocculation: Medium
• Attenuation: 74-78%
