American Amber Ale
- Rich deep amber to copper colour and medium bodied with a solid malt backbone. Cream coloured foam with tremendous lacing on the glass, citrus/resinous/ hop character in style for an American Amber Ale. Moderate and slightly lingering bitterness.
- Soft, rounded palate comprising of a delicate flavor balance between soft yet attenuated malt and a medium bitterness with a delicate dryness and slight pucker in the finish
- Kit contains malt, hops and whirlfloc tablet
