Kahurangi Zest
The Kahurangi Zest is a refreshing, citrus-forward gin cocktail. It highlights a vibrant blend of tart pink grapefruit and fresh, aromatic basil.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Pink Grapefruit Gin
- 200 ml soda water
- A few fresh basil leaves
- A slice of pink grapefruit for garnish
- Ice
Instructions:
- Lightly muddle the basil leaves in a glass.
- Add ice, pour in the gin, and top up with soda water.
- Gently stir and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
